In the thirdH7992 monthH2320, when the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 were gone forthH3318 out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, the same dayH3117 cameH935 they into the wildernessH4057 of SinaiH5514.2For they were departedH5265 from RephidimH7508, and were comeH935 to the desertH4057 of SinaiH5514, and had pitchedH2583 in the wildernessH4057; and there IsraelH3478 campedH2583 before the mountH2022.

3And MosesH4872 went upH5927 unto GodH430, and the LORDH3068 calledH7121 unto him out of the mountainH2022, sayingH559, Thus shalt thou sayH559 to the houseH1004 of JacobH3290, and tellH5046 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478;4Ye have seenH7200 what I didH6213 unto the EgyptiansH4714, and how I bareH5375 you on eaglesH5404' wingsH3671, and broughtH935 you unto myself.5Now therefore, if ye will obeyH8085 my voiceH6963 indeedH8085, and keepH8104 my covenantH1285, then ye shall be a peculiar treasureH5459 unto me above all peopleH5971: for all the earthH776 is mine:6And ye shall be unto me a kingdomH4467 of priestsH3548, and an holyH6918 nationH1471. 12And thou shalt set boundsH1379 unto the peopleH5971 round aboutH5439, sayingH559, Take heedH8104 to yourselves, that ye go not upH5927 into the mountH2022, or touchH5060 the borderH7097 of it: whosoever touchethH5060 the mountH2022 shall be surelyH4191 put to deathH4191:13There shall not an handH3027 touchH5060 it, but he shall surelyH5619 be stonedH5619, orH176 shotH3384 throughH3384; whether it be beastH929 orH518 manH376, it shall not liveH2421: when the trumpetH3104 soundeth longH4900, they shall come upH5927 to the mountH2022.14And MosesH4872 went downH3381 from the mountH2022 unto the peopleH5971, and sanctifiedH6942 the peopleH5971; and they washedH3526 their clothesH8071.15And he saidH559 unto the peopleH5971, BeH1961 readyH3559 against the thirdH7969 dayH3117: comeH5066 not at your wivesH802.

16And it came to pass on the thirdH7992 dayH3117 in the morningH1242, that there were thundersH6963 and lightningsH1300, and a thickH3515 cloudH6051 upon the mountH2022, and the voiceH6963 of the trumpetH7782 exceedingH3966 loudH2389; so that all the peopleH5971 that was in the campH4264 trembledH2729.17And MosesH4872 brought forthH3318 the peopleH5971 out of the campH4264 to meetH7125 with GodH430; and they stoodH3320 at the netherH8482 part of the mountH2022.18And mountH2022 SinaiH5514 was altogether on a smokeH6225, becauseH6440 H834 the LORDH3068 descendedH3381 upon it in fireH784: and the smokeH6227 thereof ascendedH5927 as the smokeH6227 of a furnaceH3536, and the whole mountH2022 quakedH2729 greatlyH3966.19And when the voiceH6963 of the trumpetH7782 soundedH6963 longH1980, and waxed louderH2390 and louderH3966, MosesH4872 spakeH1696, and GodH430 answeredH6030 him by a voiceH6963.20And the LORDH3068 came downH3381 upon mountH2022 SinaiH5514, on the topH7218 of the mountH2022: and the LORDH3068 calledH7121 MosesH4872 up toH413 the topH7218 of the mountH2022; and MosesH4872 went upH5927.21And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto MosesH4872, Go downH3381, chargeH5749 the peopleH5971, lest they break throughH2040 unto the LORDH3068 to gazeH7200, and manyH7227 of them perishH5307.22And let the priestsH3548 also, which come nearH5066 to the LORDH3068, sanctifyH6942 themselves, lest the LORDH3068 break forthH6555 upon them.23And MosesH4872 saidH559 unto the LORDH3068, The peopleH5971 cannotH3201 come upH5927 to mountH2022 SinaiH5514: for thou chargedstH5749 us, sayingH559, Set boundsH1379 about the mountH2022, and sanctifyH6942 it.24And the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto him, AwayH3212, get thee downH3381, and thou shalt come upH5927, thou, and AaronH175 with thee: but let not the priestsH3548 and the peopleH5971 break throughH2040 to come upH5927 unto the LORDH3068, lest he break forthH6555 upon them.25So MosesH4872 went downH3381 unto the peopleH5971, and spakeH559 unto them.
