And MosesH4872 calledH7121 all IsraelH3478, and saidH559 unto them, HearH8085, O IsraelH3478, the statutesH2706 and judgmentsH4941 which I speakH1696 in your earsH241 this dayH3117, that ye may learnH3925 them, and keepH8104, and doH6213 them.2The LORDH3068 our GodH430 madeH3772 a covenantH1285 with us in HorebH2722.3The LORDH3068 madeH3772 not this covenantH1285 with our fathersH1, but with usH587, even us, who are all of usH428 here aliveH2416 this dayH3117.4The LORDH3068 talkedH1696 with you faceH6440 to faceH6440 in the mountH2022 out of the midstH8432 of the fireH784,5(I stoodH5975 between the LORDH3068 and you at that timeH6256, to shewH5046 you the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068: for ye were afraidH3372 by reasonH6440 of the fireH784, and went not upH5927 into the mountH2022;) sayingH559,

23And it came to pass, when ye heardH8085 the voiceH6963 out of the midstH8432 of the darknessH2822, (for the mountainH2022 did burnH1197 with fireH784,) that ye came nearH7126 unto me, even all the headsH7218 of your tribesH7626, and your eldersH2205;24And ye saidH559, Behold, the LORDH3068 our GodH430 hath shewedH7200 us his gloryH3519 and his greatnessH1433, and we have heardH8085 his voiceH6963 out of the midstH8432 of the fireH784: we have seenH7200 this dayH3117 that GodH430 doth talkH1696 with manH120, and he livethH2425.25Now therefore why should we dieH4191? for this greatH1419 fireH784 will consumeH398 us: if we hearH8085 the voiceH6963 of the LORDH3068 our GodH430 any moreH3254, then we shall dieH4191.26For who is there of all fleshH1320, that hath heardH8085 the voiceH6963 of the livingH2416 GodH430 speakingH1696 out of the midstH8432 of the fireH784, as we have, and livedH2421?27Go thou nearH7126, and hearH8085 all that the LORDH3068 our GodH430 shall sayH559: and speakH1696 thou unto us all that the LORDH3068 our GodH430 shall speakH1696 unto thee; and we will hearH8085 it, and doH6213 it.28And the LORDH3068 heardH8085 the voiceH6963 of your wordsH1697, when ye spakeH1696 unto me; and the LORDH3068 saidH559 unto me, I have heardH8085 the voiceH6963 of the wordsH1697 of this peopleH5971, which they have spokenH1696 unto thee: they have wellH3190 said all that they have spokenH1696.29O that there were suchH2088 anH4310 heartH3824 in themH5414, that they would fearH3372 me, and keepH8104 all my commandmentsH4687 alwaysH3117, that it might be wellH3190 with them, and with their childrenH1121 for everH5769!30GoH3212 sayH559 to them, GetH7725 you into your tentsH168 againH7725.31But as for thee, standH5975 thou here by meH5978, and I will speakH1696 unto thee all the commandmentsH4687, and the statutesH2706, and the judgmentsH4941, which thou shalt teachH3925 them, that they may doH6213 them in the landH776 which I giveH5414 them to possessH3423 it.32Ye shall observeH8104 to doH6213 therefore as the LORDH3068 your GodH430 hath commandedH6680 you: ye shall not turn asideH5493 to the right handH3225 or to the leftH8040.33Ye shall walkH3212 in all the waysH1870 which the LORDH3068 your GodH430 hath commandedH6680 you, that ye may liveH2421, and that it may be wellH2895 with you, and that ye may prolongH748 your daysH3117 in the landH776 which ye shall possessH3423.
